HOW TO

  1. At the bottom of the Home page, there is a “Change password” link, which allows entering a new password if desired.
  2. Click the My parent profile link from the main menu on the left this will open the personal Parent profile page which displays the parent's personal details as well as a list of their children each child has a green View icon on the right-hand side; children who are not on the register due to payment issues display “Payment pending” instead of the View icon at any stage the parent can return to this page by clicking the My parent profile link from the main menu on the left; in addition parents can navigate back to a previous page via the breadcrumb links at the bottom of each page.
  3. Click the green View icon next to a child this will open the Student profile of the child, displaying the Personal tab.
  4. At the top there are several tabs; the exact tabs available depend on the school's specific requirements, but typically include any of the following:
  1. Personal displays the personal details of the student
  2. Subjects displays a list of the student's current teaching groups, including the name of the teacher
  3. Attendance displays a list of the student's absence
  4. Homework displays a list of the student's upcoming and past homework assignments
  5. Mark book displays a list of the student's upcoming and past assessments and exams
  6. Credits displays a list of the student's credits
  7. Demerits displays a list of the student's demerits
  8. Reports displays a list of the student's reports in pdf format; parents can directly download the reports from this page
  9. Library displays a list of the student's current and past library loans.
